Taylormade custom fit venues?

Can anybody help me and advise me where I can get my Taylormade superfast burner2.0 and Taylormade superfast burner 2.0 18dg custom fit for me.
Both bought straight off the shelf.
I'm local to Lincoln but don't mind a couple of hours drive if the place comes highly recommended.

Or shall I just go to American golf or direct golf in Lincoln!?

The superfast aren't adjustable are they?

Also previous model now so think you may have to head to an independent fitter.

It's not adjustable. At the risk of sounding silly, what or who would be an independent fitter.? Do you mean someone at a range/fitting bay instead of a shop?

Custom fitting is normally carried out BEFORE clubs are purchased (or at least built). So you seem to be after (custom) adjustment! Club fitters, who may check your swing and the appropriateness of the shaft in your Driver (or other clubs) and may suggest a set-up that could the best out of the head/swing. They should also be able to let you hit the proposed shaft in an existing (or standardised) head so that you can check out whether YOU think it will work too. They'll almost certainly have some sort of Launch Monitor (LM) to show you the results. Some Pros also do/specialise in fitting, either with an LM or bt eye on a range - or even/better, both. Other tweaks, like bending to change the loft or cranking the face open or closed may be able to be done, but are rarely performed (can destroy the head!).

The 'custom fit' that is performed in many places is often a 'static' one done by measuring body stats - height, arm length etc - though a dynamic test may be performed to determine the required lie of proposed clubs, maybe only on a single club rather than each one though!

Not sure which part of Lincolnshire you are based, but Google shows a number of possibilities.

Try kingswood golf center, thorne, 01405 741343, ask for nikki hodkin.
They have flightscope, and is recognised fitting center.
Worth a try , its off junction 1 m180, or you can see it from j5 m18. i would have thought no more than 50 mins from lincoln.
