Swing video analysis

Evening chaps. Just trying to make sure that I practice what I'm being taught so started taking my camera with me. Got a Panasonic TZ10 which records in AVHDC lite. It's great on camera but wondering if anyone knows of any freeware that I can use to watch the file in slow-motion on my computer.

Try V1 golf, they have a free version that you can slow the swing down with I think

I think you can download your swing on myTPI and do swing analysis?
