Superstroke putter grips

I've got one. I wouldn't say it's changed my putting by a massive amount, but I love the look and feel. I guess mine takes my wrists out a little, and stops me gripping the putter so tight, but sticking a superstroke on your putter won't transform your putting game. My advice would be to go and test one of the new odysseys which come with them on as standard and see what you think.

Had the slim 3.0 which is the middle one which really helped kill my flicky wristy stroke, I've since moved to the flatso which I prefer but it's still a super stroke.

As above try a new oddy and you will know if they are for you. In addition I do have a 3 month old slim3.0 which I'm no longer using

Interesting that this thread started today.

I've been unhappy with the grip on my putter for a few weeks as I feel it's too thin.

Went to the range today who have an excellent stock of putters and grip.

I've had a 2.0 mid slim and Flatso 1.4 before, but always tried to convince myself I putt better with a thinner grip. Seems I don't

Tried the 1.0 and 2.0 and even a mahoosive Flatso, but ended up trying a Slim 3.0 on a Odyssey Works and found it uber comfortable.

Rolled a few dozen putts and found it just what I was after. 3.0 Slim being installed tomorrow lunch time

My advice. Try before you buy.

I tried a 3.0 for a few weeks but couldn't get used to it (and didn't hole a thing!) so changed back to a standard size grip which seems to work best for me.

Horses for courses, spoken to a lot of people that swear by them. I just swear AT them :D

I am just interested. My putting is at a level that I am happy with (for now). So maybe I should just keep a standard grip?

I might try a few of the Ody's though just to see...

Who uses them? Are they any good? Would a high handicapper notice the difference?

Talk to me.....
the fatter grip worked well for me, but didn't quite like the feel of the Superstroke so fitted the Wynn equivalent and love it. Also found out that Scotty Cameron use Wynn.

I've got a huge massive Jumbo fatso and it works very well for me,
So well in fact I was thinking of putting one on my driver :) :)

I have quite small hands too , try a few and see what feels good
