It will be Lib Dem in my town as usual(Ming) but always vote SNP so they get the deposit back
So thoughtful matey, perhaps you should stand! :D

Sometimes I wish they didnt read out the number of votes such and such a party won by as it puts me off voting nexst time if my selection was well beaten.

And anyone that votes BNP needs to have a word with themselves.

The problem with the BNP is two fold first they have racist answers to problems but more importantly they are the only party prepared to raise real Immigration questions. If only the other parties could discuss these issues with real sensible answers.

As a Civil servant i feel i have to vote because at least two issues effect me. Job cuts and issues relating to my department. In other words i am voting for a party that will make change, instead of lying about it. So that rules out a Labour vote. The wife can vote for who she wants as long as it isn't Labour.

I will never vote Tory. NEVER!

I think this mentality is frankly ridiculous. Each general election I will look at each party objectively. Politics isn't like supporting a football team, policies change and so do attitudes towards what they want for the country.

The fact that I vote conservative today will have no bearing on my future votes. The theory of a life long xxx supporter (irrespective of policies) is about as ridiculous as people voting lib dem because Clegg seems like a nice guy x

i just dont know.....we will get screwed whatever. im drawn to the immigration policies of the bnp(not the outright racism) as someone said, they seem to be the only party that is willing to do anything about it(not that they will get in).
So on that, maybe its best to use my vote for one of the parties that will get in, TBH this is the first time in 4 elections that i could vote in, that ive really had a think about it. I can say one thing for sure, whoever wins, i wont be financially better off! monster raving looney party anyone, lol!

If the Conservatives don't get in they have a great big problem as, in my opinion, the Labour party has stood to one side allowing the best of the rest to take the floor.

Maggie will no longer be the bad memory for the workers, in a few years time this will be our really bad period.

Look at Greece now, with Spain/Portugal/Italy all to follow and due to lack of understanding of the system, by our new boys, we will be in the soup as well.

It will be the soup...soup kitchens, riots etc. The civil servant who posted above will be out on the street with the rest, no matter how his wife votes.

The situation will require a coming together of all parties, an international squad if you like, who will be needed to steer us back into some semblance of normality once the country is well and truely shafted.

Listen to the words(ish) of the Governer of the Bank of England..'whoever gets in cannot stop the forces and will be hated and thrown out of office for ever'

The result is a poisoned chalice!!

Another Civil Servant here so I am restricted on what I say on a public forum.

All public sector workers know there are goign to be cuts, one party, popular here, has said it will be ASAP, others have said it will be down the line.
