Stopping smoking.... Here I go!

Just stopped, no artificial aids, just do it!
T'was easy actually, as to start again you have to physically go to a shop, buy a packet, buy a lighter, light up and ......relax!
However,
went to a Summer Wedding for 3 days, great weather, loads of beer, lots of smokers, would have been rude not to join in...........back on 2-3 a day now..........stopping again very very shortly.........its hard if you enjoy it
