Still waiting for celtic manor tickets ;(

So I went to golf live at celtic manor about 5-6 weeks ago and played the closest to the pin game in the pro shop and won 2 x tickets for the Montgomery course and then won a fourball ticket to the 2010 course as I won closest all day.
When I won these prizes I got told they would send them out the following week but still no tickets I have rang them twice and got promised they would chase them up but still no joy also my friend won 1 ticket for the Montgomery course and has still not received any thing.
I fractured my spine over a week ago so I can't play for a while any way but I think this is poor service I got told my prize alone is worth around £800 so am I being fobbed off or just being impatient ? Anyone else win any thing at golf live ?

You won fair and square and should defiantly have the tickets by now, if anything I can't see why they where not available on the day

I'm going to ring them again Monday and see if I can book the tee times as waiting for tickets doesn't seem to be working.
