Absolutely this will work.

I use a Taylormade stand bag and use it on my Motocaddy S3pro and my son has a stand back and uses his on both my trolley when I am not using it, and his own 2 wheel basic pull trolley.

Both our bags have a velcro strap that locks the stand legs against the bag, so they don't pop out.

Hope that helps

Depending on the design of the trolley and/or the bag, the stand mechanism can sometimes get into the way a bit and make the bag slide off. In that case try lying the bag on the side, that usually works better (it's just a bit annoying because the clubs are not where you expect them to be, so you might have to re-arrange them in the bag for this.

And you lose access to the pockets.

My Titleist stand bag stays on my Powakaddy FW5 with no problems. It obviously doesn't sit as square as it should but is pretty solid and all of the pockets are clear.

I have a Taylormade carry bag, which I use on my Masters trolley without any problems, but if you get the opportunity I would try your bag on one before purchase.

Use my Cobra stand bag on my motocaddy S1 Lite, works great. Only time it slips out of place is if I keep my 2L bottle of water in the big side pocket.

My stand bag would not sit correctly on my S1, it would slide around and annoy me. At the end of last year I realised I had not carried a bag for many years and so removed the straps, cut off the metal legs and now it fits perfectly. A draconian solution but it worked for me.

I suppose it depends on the size of your bag, I have quite a big stand bag so it fits fine, but I know a mate that has a much smaller/thinner stand back that I know would most likely move about on the S1.

It was a standard Adidas stand bag. The problem was the legs and the attachment at the top. Once I had sawn those off it sat flush on the trolley and all was well. I have a cart bag, bigger and heavier, that also sits perfectly on the S1. The trolley was not the issue, it was the legs preventing a snug fit.
