What happens is I can put the flamethrower back in the garage and the car's paintwork survives a little longer......Why, what happens?

This is a big reason for car crashes down in Australia, mind You their spiders are a bit bigger and a lot more dangerous than ours.On that subject, I was tanking along the outside lane of the A19 the other day, doing 70mph, when a big spider crawled out from behind the windscreen visor, then crawled along the inside of the roof, right over my head.
How I never crashed the car, I don't know.
To make matters worse, I couldn't find it when I stopped, so the bugger is still in there somewhere.

I have had spiders in my wing mirrors for decades without issue.
Spiders don't live for decades. They must have had issue ......
