Spain golf in 3 weeks -not now 😢

Been looking forward to going to Spain for 6 months now ,had booked and planned to play four times, and now all that is gone
Gone and torn/snapped my achillies tendon in my left ankle,strange as I did it last Thursday and still managed round on Friday with a little pain.
Now its fully up to my knee in plaster.

Anybody else had the plans dashed with injury ?

Same here had to cancel two holiday last week one to Tenerife this week with the wife and the other was the annual golf trip to Turkey Bellek with the lads from the golf club totally gutted about the Turkey trip but you health comes first. Covered on both trips with holiday insurance.
