I know the ultimate answer to this is see a doctor but that is easier said than done and also impractical for the next two weeks. I have strained, or similar, the muscles in both arms on the inside of my elbow. It might be the bottom of my bicep, I don't know the anatomy of arms that well. Anyway, I did it around 8 weeks ago, it has not got better and is starting to become more obvious.
Has anyone done anything similar? Are there exercises that will help the repair or is it a dr / physio job?
