Tennis Elbow advice

sorry to hear... i m sure the Drs are looking into it..
If you are in so much agony at all times, is it tennis elbow or more bone related or soemthing. My tennis elbow was very contextual. If i put any load e,g picking up a bag or something, then i would get the pain. if i was not using it, it would be ok..
Yes mine was like that.
But not so much heavy weight but kettle ,tea pot silly things.

Sounds more like an RSI if it’s mouse related.

Yeah it's Tennis Elbow caused by RSI, lifting the kettle etc is horrendous buit it aches all the time and sleeping for some reason really hurts it, i have to give it 8 weeks to see what happens. P

If you can find the main trigger point, you can massage this yourself to try & break down the scar tissue. I had it before & my chiro showed me what to do.
It will be sore if you are doing it properly but find THE spot in your elbow & using your 1st & 2nd finger, use circular motions for about 30 seconds at a time. You can be quite hard with it but I did this a couple of times a day & it went away after a couple of weeks.

When I had it, I didn't know what it was and went to the docs and he said that it was TE and that I'd get ti in my other one soon as well. He was right. No cure. It goes away eventually. About two years
