Society Handicap Calculations?

I am looking at using some software or even an iphone app to calculate my work society handicaps.

Right now – what I have in place isn’t working too great and people are getting docked too many shots if they do well each month

All I care about is it being free (or relatively cheap but not subscription based) and reliable.

Anybody got any suggestions?

or just use a pen and paper and work it out yourself.

instead of CSS use SSS and then use the same format as Congu, the link below may explain it better
