**** i am in no way affilliated with the below company*****

I have used Snainton in the past and would absolutely describe them as one of the better online golf retailers.

I had issues months back with some dodgy shoes and Snainton sorted the issue ASAP and helped me get a much better pair of DNA shoes at a great price.

I thought at the time this was fantastic so have used them without any issue few a few purchases over the last 12 months.

Yesterday however i ordered a Wilson Staff putter from them at a very competitive price. Unfortunately however, i received an Email from Simon @ Snainton informing me that the item was now out of stock and could not be re-ordered as it was no longer in production.

Got to say i was a little cheesed off as i have searched high and low for one of these but they are as rare as rocking horse dung.

Anyway, i accepted Simon's apology and moved on.

That was until i had another Email offering me a much more expensive putter, in a similar style. What was interesting about the offer was that they offered me the putter with a HUGE discount.

Obviously i bit his hand off.

Simon explained that he was annoyed that Snainton were unable to help me with my original request, so wanted to make sure i was a happy customer

I tell you now, i am a happy customer.

10/10 from me

Nice to be able to read a positive review of a company rather than the usual moaning about bad service etc

Well done Simon @ Snainton

I have had similar experience with Snainton and I think you will have to search very hard to find a better online retailer, if this is how you like to buy your golf kit.

They get a 10/10 from myself also :D

I must have been unlucky because my one and only experience with them wasn't good, I appreciate things are forgotten and can be late but don't lie that you sent stuff out when you hadn't and then blame the courier for being late, that's a cop out and not good.

I'm sure this didn't happen... but when I read the OP I was thinking...

Retailer: "Sorry we don't have that £50 quid putter you wanted but I do have a £100 one that I'll sell to you for £70!"
Punter: "Bargain, cheers mate"

:D

great customer service is what we look for and why we return - great to see someone who really understands what is important when there is so much choice out there of where to buy!
