Small file size limit for pictures.

Hello,
Could the allowable file size for posting pictures be increased please?
Currently I can’t upload a screenshot from my phone as it says the file size is too large.

Have you tried going into your phone camera settings and reducing the file size?
Or download the pic onto your computer and resize it in ''Paint''

Thanks. I am aware that there are ways of doing it, but, that’s not the point of my post.

@KenL hope you don't mind if I add a tweak if your request were to go ahead

If allowing larger file then 'forum' auto-compresses and resizes any image over a pre-set file and physical size.
For ease of loading/viewing since we really don't need massive/heavy images

How long is the lead time between a poster adding a comment and appearing on the website please?

Is it longer if I am actually reply to a comment? I.e If I add the previous poster's comment and then add my comment.

I'm not entirely sure of the question but I think the answer is a split second and there is no time difference. There may be a tenth of a second or similar but nothing of note.
