Played a par 5 recently & we had 5 groups on the hole! One on the green, one waiting for approach shot, one after their drives and two groups on the tee
Cause of the backlog, a 4-ball who'd taken 2hours+ for 6 holes & the marshalls solution..... join the following groups into 4-balls! little effort to deal with the real issue though
