Sky football commentary problem

Only happens when watching Sky football and problem is , the commentary is very low in volume compared to the crowd noise. Being played through a Samsung home cinema system .

Any ideas ??

Most surround systems have various modes, voice, music, sport etc. Might be worth finding if you are on the best mode for footy.
