Hi All,

I wonder if you can help....

i have some money put to one side to purchase some new irons and have decided the time is right to take the plunge....

i believe custom fitting to be the key, but where should i go?

i have thought of driving to the belfry, because they would have the best equipment to custom fit me perfectly?? or should i go to my club pro, American Golf (simulator) or another golf store with a driving range???

Hi pppt,

Highly recommend the full moolah at the Belfry. They should have a launch monitor etc there, which your other options probably won't. Been custom fit myself and there's no substitute for doing it properly.

Agreed, I have been fitted badly twice before and would recommend the Befry to have it done properly (or Gainsborough if you are after a set of Pings). The typical static fitting carried out by most high street retailers etc is just not in the same league as having a proper fit.
