Got it on DVD one of the best ever. How it won no Oscars is beyond me. Forest Gump was good but not in the class of Shawshank.

An absolute timeless classic, not a massive film fan but that's probably the best film I've ever watched.

Brilliant film. The scene when he commandeers the prison speaker system to play The Marriage of Figaro... has me blinking rapidly I'll admit.

My best film of all time, I love it to the bone. I think we have 2 copies on video and 3 on DVD.
