Does anybody know where you can have your name enscribed on your Scotty, shops etc? Also is it worth it, or does it make you look like someone with to much money?

I personally quite like it and wouldn't mind if I could have it done. However I have yet to buy my Scotty and I'm wondering if they will do it as a custom option when I'm purchasing?

The names are stamped on and anyone that has done GCSE metal work should be able to make a decent enough job of it!!! However, I think that any guarantees/ warranties etc would become invalid because it was a DIY job and that would include your pro doing it aswell.

Try this beauty to have it done by the man himself...........best start saving that pocket money!! :D

If you are willing to send the putter to California, you can have a whole range of customisations done, including initials, customs stamps, different paint colours and special grips. As you might expect, it is not cheap.

Go to scottycameron.com and look for a custom shop link to see the options available.

You can also get putters restored, and I have done this for some older collectible putters.

If you want to do this, send me a message and I can give you some tips on shipping and how to do it.

I think this is one for Scotty's Custom Shop.

Yes you can stamp yourself, i have my initials on all my wedges and it was easy to do, but all the Scotty's are made from Stainless Steel and that is a much harder material than carbon steel or mild steel.

I personally wouldn't want to attempt it as i'd be inconsoleable if i ruined my SC!!!
