Just looking for single trip insurance with clubs added on. Is it worth if your full set is more than 6 years old? Looking at policies it looks like replacements will only be paid for clubs within 6 years old. I'm not going to get a hole in one and probably won't miss our tee time. It's only an extra £20 on to the policy but wondering if it's worth insuring them.

I think my clubs are covered worldwide under my house insurance.
My clubs are specifically mentioned as an item at £3k.
I’d be amazed if your house insurance covers them outside the home. I’d double check your terms to be sure

That might take a while. I have them specifically mentioned on my policy which is for buildings and contents.

Edit, checked the policy.

The outside the home bit is fairly common, the thing that's worth checking is the small print, as it's fairly common to have a clause that says any event outside the United Kingdom is not covered.
