Scottish Fitba'

Didn’t see anything other than the penalties - glad I played golf.

Shocking penalties by Rangers.

Hearts should take confidence from how poor both teams played (according to commentators on Radio Scotland).
I thought Rangers played Ok..ish, certainly should not have lost.
Celtic were poor apart from their new goalie.
Hearts given a great boost by that performance.
Poor display from both sets of fans......I would imagine SFA will take swift action and fine then both £5.

Remember Hearts are that good they're not even in the Scottish cup any more. Rangers should be hammered for the fans behaviour, fines and stand closures.

Can't stand any British club that has Ultras, it's just not our culture. Dressing in black, banging drums and marching to grounds is cringe.

The Celtic players wound the crowd up and when the Celtic fans spilled onto the pitch, it was only going to go one way. It was relative handbags though. Football is about passion and a few fans on the pitch after a big game is hardly something to worry about.

And the idiot commentator thinks it was a superb game of football…utter muppet. It was an appallingly bad game of football only beaten in appallingness by the behaviour of both sets of fans.

So as much as I always hope that the clubs do well in Europe as any success reflects well on Scottish football..this just flips my feelings 100% and reminds my why I, and so much of Scottish football outside of the OF, despise the clubs and despair for the decent fans of both - for they do exist in the weird and sick world of sectarian bigotry they have to inhabit.

And so with sadness for Glasgow (which also lost a beautiful iconic building yesterday)...Michael Marra’s Mother Glasgow

A few fans on the pitch nothing to worry about. Well maybe sometimes..but not when it's Rangers and Celtic who are involved. And it isn't just the events that happened on the pitch. Let's not ignore or gloss over the vile sectarian singing and chanting throughout the game and the fighting outside the ground and in the city that followed...

Saying it's 'hardly something to worry about' is a big part of the problem.

I watched the Dunfermline vs Aberdeen game the other night. Quite a few Dunfermline fans spilled on to the pitch in a moment of Joyous celebration.
I would say the only difference between the Dunfermline fans and Celtic fans was the opposition supporters never ran the length of the pitch to try and attack them.

No, they had the decency to wait until the pubs afterwards…

I've been to Tynecastle many times and they have their fair share of sectarian bampots.

They have some but they shade into insignificance compared to the Glasgow pair......as I said earlier........naw it wisnae look at your team.

Whilst walking the dog I thought of the punishments that the SFA may dish out.
Here is a very different one.

Make the pair play in the 2027 SFA cup matches with only 10 men on the pitch. [9 or less for sending offs.]
Better than a ban IMO.

There’s idiots that support every team. It’s volume relative to the size of the supporter base seemingly.
Significantly more extreme when it comes to Rangers and Celtic. Growing up on Northern Ireland, support for either Rangers or Celtic had little to do about football for many many people, and more to do with politics. I've no idea what it is like growing up in Glasgow, but I can imagine that the rivalry is much much more than football for many, sadly?

Rangers v Celtic is a derby that I would definitely not want to go and watch live if I had the choice. Whereas there are plenty of other derby matches that I would love to go and watch.

Should Dunfermline receive the same punishment?
