Scottish Fitba'

Changing times.
The SPFL team of the year, chosen by the players, contains 5 Motherwell players and 4 Hearts players.
I actually think Nygren is a bit of an enigma this season. His goals tally from midfield has been fantastic but he doesn't impose himself on games. Think he was in the team of the season purely because he was the only Celtic player that could be justified to be in it.

Your best player, no? So hard to please!

He has been but unfortunately it's a low bar this season. If you look at how often he's either not made the starting 11 or been taken off this season it's telling. I don't want to be over critical because his contribution has been good on the goal front but I think midfielders need to do a bit more.

Do not care. We’re in the final
Great result…they’ve been good this year…got some really useful players. Really pleased for the SPFL that one of its teams have got there - beating three SPL teams on the way.

So now Tuesday evening and Pars at home to StJ. With the last minute Airdrie goal being a huge blow to Thistle yesterday…a win for StJ wins the league, difficult…but will Lennon rest any regular starters. Going to be a big away support.

I can’t go on Tuesday, but really fancy Friday night StJ at home to Raith…could be 🤞a special evening for StJ fans - hopefully a chance for a trophy win celebration of the sort that was denied by Covid of the cup double wins.

Btw…my Mrs thinks I’m stupid (“it’s ridiculous” is her thinking) even considering going up. My lad, who can’t go due to work, thinks otherwise - he’ll be joining me at Somerset Park on 1st May…🤞🙄😇😇

17 year old fourth choice goalie now on for St Mirren after losing 1st minute goal.

Wow what a game.....I'll say no more in case folk are recording.
Chalk and cheese from yesterday's bore fest

Had arranged to play a knockout tie 4pm yesterday afternoon as it was the only day we could fit it in before the deadline. Watched the first half before having to set off. Job done I thought.

Checked the phone before teeing off. Thought that’s it, we’ve blown it again. Was amazed to see the final score.

I did not see that coming, Celtic looked out on their feet after 90 mins.
If I was a betting man my money would have been on a St Mirren win.
Well played Celtic, no disrespect to Dunfermline but I think the final will be a walk in the park for Celtic.
No such thing as a walk in the park with this Celtic team. We struggled to beat Auchenleck Talbot ffs.
