Just wondering whether anyone has ordered anything from these guys recently? I ordered a head cover 2 weeks ago, wasn't a custom build, just something that was in stock from their online shop. Money was taken straight away but no order confirmation was received. I've sent two emails but heard nothing back. I have ordered in the past (albeit not for a few years) and they've always been pretty communicative but so far radio silence. Not overly impressed so thought I'd check to see if others had dealt with them recently? The contact number I had from previous orders doesn't work and they don't have one listed on their website any more.
 
Check their Google reviews - every one within the last year is pretty bad, saying they didn't fulfil orders and were uncontactable, just as you've experienced. I'd be getting onto your bank for a chargeback.

As I'd ordered from them beforehand I didn't check reviews as I hadn't had any issues! I'll give them until after the weekend and then have a word with the bank.

I've never used them, but they get recommended a lot, so surprised they've let themselves down like this. Maybe personal problems for the owner, who knows.
 
Have you tried ringing them? People always seem to forget nowadays that you can use phones to make phone calls - much harder to ignore a phone call.
Never had any issues myself when dealing with them but not ordered anything for a while.

Not a good sign:(

Yet oddly they are still active on X with their last posting being 10 days ago. Looking at their recent reviews, if they’re not out of business now it won’t be long given how they seem to be treating customers.

I’ll call my bank tomorrow and ask them to do a chargeback so I can get my money back.

I’ve emailed this address twice, used their website’s contact form, sent them a tweet and even sent them a message on their FB page. Not a sausage in response whichever they’re either out of business or just a terrible company to deal with. Hopefully anyone searching the web in the future will
see this thread and think twice. It’s a shame as I’ve ordered in the past and the quality of their head covers is excellent.

I hadn’t got round to speaking with my bank and then on Tuesday got an email from SR to say that they had had email issues and hadn’t been receiving emails or at least not all of them. They promised to send the head over over the next 24 hours which they did and I got it on Friday. I am not entirely convinced about their excuse given that they didn’t respond on any of their social media accounts which they seemed active on plus their reviews over the last 6-12 months haven’t been fantastic.

Are you happy with the head cover? That is the most important thing
