Sam Putting Lab. Suffolk.

Hello all.

Just thought i'd let people know that the final stages are in place at my club in Ipswich. And then Indoor the Sam putting Lab will be open, i've heard today. By all accounts the new director of golf knows his stuff. I will be very excited to give it a go.

Good news - I had a SAM session just before Xmas - a real eye opener. I'm not sure I'd use it as a regular thing, like for example a launch monitor is very useful with each lesson, but to understand your stroke it provides a valauble insight PROVIDED the person working with you is good.

The key to success is to have someone to help filter out the important from the interesting. It will provide a shed load of data on your stroke (6 pages for the extended report) and you really need someone to pull out the one or two key things to work on / be aware of else you'll drown in info with no insight.
