Ryder Cup Delay

Wales was not awarded the RC to hold it in October. Celtic Manor was awarded the Ryder Cup several years ago, well before the FEd-Ex cup was a glint in Tim Finchem's eyes. If the RC had been held at the normal time - middle of September - there would have been no issue with the weather. Yes it may have rained but not to the extent we have had it this week. To be fair any course with that amount of rain would be unplayable - and you've got to take the spectators into account as well. Its got to be safe for them.
THe sole reason it's been a shambles is down the the PGA of America.
