The RC on the other side of the Atlantic is the property of the PGA of America, the organization that looks after club professionals. The organization which looks after tour professionals is the PGA Tour, who hate the fact that they can't control the far superior event known as the Ryder Cup and so invented their own lesser event and called it The Presidents Cup. It may catch on some day.

I thought the Presidents Cup was invented to give the Yanks a chance to win something.

Given the title of this thread, maybe another similarly linked items for discussion would be fun? "Intergalactic space travel and jelly-beans!" :)
Well, at current tech speeds it would take about 750 million years to get to the next galaxy...you'd need a shed load of jelly beans for that..

Now that we're are no longer in Europe, will we still play the Ryder cup which is, after all, USA versus Europe!

Europe and the EU are too different things one is a continent the other is a political scam.

Plenty of countries take our in the football Euros that are not part of the EU, thankfully you don't see that damage horrific blue and yellow flag very much at the Euros because they don't support political statements in sport. Another reason football should ban BLM and just support general anti racism campaigns.

Football's anti racism campaign has nothing to do with BLM. It is as you say, as general anti racism campaign.

Resurrect a 9 month old golf thread just to shoe-horn in a snide comment about attempts to eradicate racism in the football community. Clutching at straws?
