Id say he has plenty of anecdotes already, like running into Jack Nicklaus etc while out shopping during Augusta, playing at Doral and winning when he was around 10 years old etc.I think I know how this goes...
born in northern ireland, lived in holywood. Played golf since I could walk. was really good as a junior and won loads. Went pro and had a slow start and threw away a few tournaments. Won a few and played in the Ryder Cup (which btw was AWESOME) and then won the US Open (again, AWESOME). Dating a tennis star and we might get married one day and have kiddies. I want to be world number 1, win more majors and play more Ryder Cups but that will be in books 2, 3, 4 and 5 at this rate. Am I close? I love Rory and think he is a brilliant player who will be world number 1 and win loads of majors and play more Ryder Cups but an autobiography at his age is a bit too soon for my liking
I think you are being a bit unfair, the point of (auto)biographies is to show what happens behind the curtains and away from public eyes, not what is already known and dumbed down by some folks.
