Well it is the England and Wales crickets board and have had a few welsh players in the recent past who played key roles in ashes wins.

Probably tongue in cheek from Rory but it won't be aussies cheering him on or teeing it up with him in Ryder cup foursomes & fourballs so not the best thing to say. Plus he is betting on the wrong team as we will be bringing those ashes back home again come January.
