Road kill

Having said earlier that we rarely see foxes in our area......one bolted in front of my car today, just missed it.
We we sit on the edge of a red squirrel area my Mrs is not to pleased with me aiming the car at those pesky greys. I just tell her I am doing my duty.

Over the last few years we've had all kinds of wild life that has had to migrate, because of motorway extensions in my area.
Poor Deer and Badgers wandering about lost though streets, gardens then trying to get across roads that only have only Zebra, Pelican or Panda crossings .

There's a lot of it around. A guy down my local asked me if I was interested in 8 venison legs for £80.

Do you think that was Too Dear?

In Somerset it is badger after badger with the occasional old dear.

Some of the ones you see have clearly been thrown on to the road from the farm next to the road.
