Played foursomes bogey in some pretty unpleasant weather. My partner was junk, and he dragged me down to his level quite quickly.

The Open I was supposed to be playing in at Clitheroe was called off, so I went to Fairhaven to have a knock with Karl 102 and NWJocko.. Played the front 9 in rain with but the back 9 was dry with a bit of wind.
I really do like the course at Fairhaven. Some excellent long Par 4's that require 2 really good hits to reach. The greens were still very fast and true despite the weather.. Some excellent shooting from all concerned and some decent scores all round despite the conditions..
