I always wanted to know at which point during his last round at Carnoustie in '07 did he really think he was in with a chance of winning The Open? I always thought that it was after his approach to 14 to set up eagle that he REALLY thought it was on. Can he confirm this?
Could you ask him if him winning his majors has had any influence in European players raising there games, realising what he had achieved was within there grasp.
When it's the back 9 on Sunday and you're well out of contention, do you just go through the motions or are you trying to find the swing that will get you into contention next week?
You have recently been spotted warming up with a few 'Happy Gilmore' drives to get loose.
How successful have they been compared to your normal drives and will you be attempting any Happy Gilmore run ups on the course??
Does he have any sympathy for Sergio Garcia, the fact he pipped him in two of his three majors and probably contributed to his slump in the last few years?
Question for Padraig
Is making swing changes etc and the chase for major improvements a case for staying longer at the top or maintaining an intensive practice regime after reaching such heights over the last number of years.
