I have exactly the same situation but in reverse, registered in England with EG and going to Scotland for a week's golf and have not found a way to enter scores.

I tried to enter a general play round in England today but couldn’t do it, the pro said it would put it through on their computer but he couldn’t do it either ??‍

I happened to see out h/cap sec last night and he confirmed what Wabinez said.
One of our rounds is an Open event and it should come though to my club automatically but just incase it doesn't, take a photo of the card along with the other rounds & he will enter them manually.
