Does anyone know of a drill to help keep my body still when putting?

I think I concentrate so much on keeping my wrists and hands from moving, but then I look down and can see my knees move because my hips are turning.
I think I'm just rocking my shoulders, but obviously I'm not, and can't stop doing it even when I try to concentrate on it.

Sounds simple

Hit putts with your eyes closed focusing on your body movement...works better when you focus specifically on something, such as head movement.

Another drill is to balance a stick/club against the side of your body and try to keep it there during your stroke, stops and lateral movement. I took this drill a little further by getting a longer stick and putting it on my head which stops head movement very effectively

Thanks for the ideas rocco, sounds simple but effective.

Homer, are you saying balance shifts as the hips turn slightly and that would point it out to me?
I might see if I can 'fashion' something similar. Don't really want to be spending on training aids, but thanks for the idea.

I'll shut up then :(

Dont let your eyes follow the putter head through the ball. Thats when your lower half turns and shoulders open

It strikes me as a bit difficult for your hips to turn whilst keeping your shoulders square during a putt. Are you sure you aren't following the putts with your head and right shoulder as well??

The putting mirror (or a mate) will show this up. Try putting drills with your right hand only, cross your left hand over and place it on your right shoulder to get the feeling of that staying still (if that was also the problem)

Thanks for the suggestions, I never even thought about my eyes might be following the putter. I'll check that later.

It's very frustrating. Sometimes I will check and my legs are dead still, but I can't feel any difference to focus on to when I notice they're moving.

Still, I've been given a good few ideas now, thank you all. :)
