Putter Question

I had a go with the Scotty's at Silvermere and I did like them. However are they the best out there? That's way too subjective and to be honest I feel my Odyssey ProType #9 which is also milled is equally as good and not as expensive. My Ping Cadence Anser 2 is not milled but again I would argue if I get the ball in the hole efficiently how do you quantify what is better?

Went to Silvermere for a look tonight and the only thing they had that was close was the new Taylormade Ghost, which was almost identical in shape and weight, and was tempting at £139. I'd like to see the Anser 4&6 but they seem few and far between.

I'd love to go all out on the Scotty, but simply can't justify that on a putter which is a bit of an experiment being that it is very different to anything I've used for a very long time. I've had face balanced putters for about 12 years now.
