Received a sleeve this morning, look like Pro V1X's, possibly not the best time of year to test a new ball though with conditions the way they have been of late

Question - can these be played with in comps? I was of the understanding that 'x-out' balls couldn't but didn't know if the same ruled applied? Just curious

They should already be on the conforming list. Titliest made a big deal about the new ones being played on the PGA tour a few weeks ago.

Got a sleeve this morning. Presumably Pro V1 or V1x. Don't think there will be too much of a problem getting them to stop on the greens.
Hope they have sorted out the early 'yellowing' issue

I also received a sleeve of them this morning. They are ProV1Xs as the number is in red. ProV1s have black numbering.

Or could the number colouring be a cunning plan by the folks at Titleist to make you think its a Pro V1X

Fair point but no. I've just checked and the dimple pattern is the same as my current supply of V1Xs. V1s have smaller/more dimples.

I received a sleeve this morning. The numbers on mine are black and compared next to a V1 and a V1x I would say that the ones I have are normal pro V1's.

No Homer these are from Titleist, i think i may have signed up for something when i registered my driver, one of those create account things.
