Sat in a pub called the Ostrich in Colbrook . Anyway me and Missis T are flying from Hearhrow tomorrow and staying overnight. Been in a couple of pubs and the locals have been fantastic. Its been a northern hospitality which i have seen loads of times inNewcastle
And Manchester. But struggled to see the same love in and around London. Til today.
Me and Missis T are loving it. Even managing to talk football in the pub wi chelsea, spuds and Arsenal fans.
Feeling the southern love at the moment and its smart. Proper smart. Cheers Colbrook

I/we used to call in there at weekends reasonably regularly. As close as any to 'olde style' hospitality as you find 'darn sarf'.

See it. It was the most muted celebration ave ever done in me life. Theres a band on in the pub an she/singer is stood in front of the bloody telly. Took three replays for me to see the goal proper
