Fancied that, but it had sold out by the time I heard about it.

Have seen The Gaslight Anthem a few times, great band. Best time ever was in a tent at Glastonbury when Springsteen jumped up to join them!

Not a huge GA fan but he does have a great voice. I’m more going as a night out with friends than to see him. Great environment, decent music. Boom. :)

We've kind of dropped the ball on this at the moment. We've reached the age where we can't be arsed going out to clubs and bars for it and trying to have a good time, so we decided ages ago that we'd try and book a restaurant-type bar instead, where could eat and drink in a more relaxed atmosphere. Only none of us have actually researched it or booked anything so it's probably too late now. Oh well.

See cosy club, same set up as my previous post and food is usually great

One of the locals in our pub is a DJ. He has got fed up of being away from the family on New Years Eve so he has hired the village hall and invited the village. Bring your own booze. Should be a good community event.

Out in the afternoon with friends then back to ours for a family night in with plenty of food and drink and music.

No longer interested in boost NYE nights out. Too many people and crap ales/music. Gonna stock up on some very nice beers and Whisky and cook up a big pan of prater pie 👍👍👍
