problem with my i20's

my i20 irons are 7 months old. i clean them after every round and they live in my spare room. however, i've noticed on 4 of my 7 irons that rust spots are starting to come through the paint (my 7 iron looks like a teenagers face). its also in the same spot on all 4 clubs. imagine you looking at the back of the club (at the i20 logo) in the middle and corner.

i've tried giving them a good scrub and light a scrape but it doesn't look like surface rust
anyone else had problems like this?

Dont think that should be happening. Loads on here praise Ping customer service so maybe contact them and see what they say.

I'm sure I've heard of others having problems with the finish of Ping irons. I'm sure thecraw got his replaced and also Screwback.

Send them back to Ping via the shop you bought them from.

I had similar paint/chip problems only on my wedge. No hassle, brand new wedge within a week. Seems to be a common problem with i20's it seems.
Problems or not, best irons I've ever owned.
