As the title states, praise where it's due, for great service this time.
The company in question 121 golf
Never used them before til now, but after this experience, happy to recommend and use again.

They had a club listed on eBay I was interested in, but on eBay, they charge £9 postage, but on website, free postage on purchases over £49
I sent a message via eBay asking if there was a way to do the trade on the website terms, but still use PayPal, as I've currently a decent balance
( but probably not for long )

Message sent to them via eBay late on Tuesday night
Reply received about 730am Wednesday morning, with a contact mobile number ( Mark ) to send him my PayPal details, and he would send me an invoice for item, with the free shipping
After a couple of texts exchanged
I sent payment at 9am Wednesday
Received the club today ( UPS ) at 2pm

I had great service from Snainton Golf. New Rsi2 irons at a great price, including a discount code. They sent them next working day delivery, despite no postage charge (was expecting 4-5 day delivery) Got an email giving me a one hour delivery slot, and they were spot on time.:thup:

We seem very quick to criticise poor service, so nice to have a thread to say well done.:thup:

I could ask if they do those shafts for you, but I went for the scaffolding poles which best suited my strong swing.:thup:
