Powakaddy Sport no power

I have recently bought a second hand powakaddy sport and had no power so bought a new battery and that I fully charged and still nothing on the display when I try and turn it on.

Can anyone advise what else this could be please if come across the same issue?

No idea about the Powakaddy but when a similar thing happened to my trolley, the on off switch had corroded inside.

Is it possible to do some continuity checks of the wiring between the battery connectors and the control switch? If the check shows a fault, break the system in half and check again, this will indicate which section the fault is in. Keep halving until you can pinpoint the exact place of the fault.
