Powakaddy quicker on one side

Just wondering if anyone with a powakaddy has ever experienced this problem. My trolley's left wheel is spinning quicker than the right, I presume its a gear problem. Any ideas?

Sounds obvious, but is the wheel pushed in properly, I've found mine slips if not on properly

Yes made sure it was yesterday, looks like its a trip to th service department

i think alot depnds on the model,. my old powercaddy hada clutch in each wheel. this enbles it to free-wheel when its rolling down hill, but effectively lock when the trolley would want to go backwards. now if you think what happens to a car when the clutch starts to go in a car.... it could be the clutch on its way out hence its not turning the wheels at teh same pace as the other wheel.

Yep, sounds like clutch

Mine had same prob last year, pulling to one side, replaced both clutches, £40.00

I had this happen on my Hillbilly.

There was a pin on each axle (where the wheel locates on it) and one of them had snapped off. I just replaced it with a small bolt and problem solved.

Have looked at clutches on both sides, they both spin forward ok but the right one offers resistance when turning backwards while the left spins. Presuming the clutch is the problem. Region3 I had to do the same with my old Fraser trolley, but this doesn't seem to be problem now
