Ok, I'll help
Firstly you need to set up an account with photo bucket. Don't worry, its free.
Then upload the picture you want to post into your photo bucket page.
When you move your cursor onto the picture, a drop dow box will appear with 4 choices.
left click on the last choice (IMG Code)
This will now turn blue
On your keyboard press Ctrl and C at the same time
Then go to your post and press Ctrl and V at the same time.
You should then see something like this appear
IMG http://i614.photobucket.com/albums/tt230/bobmac004/sophie-trol.jpg /IMG
When you press continue, you should then see your picture appear in the box.

a couple of extra 'rules'
img and /img must both be enclosed in square brackets:
the address of the image must end with an image type. eg; .jpg .gif
if you want to paste an image from the web, when you copy its address you'll probably get something like this:
http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:dTqjk_ny9B7aRM:http://www.golf-monthly.co.uk/imageBank/c/Castle-Stuart006.jpg
it has two http 'statements', you are only allowed one so delete everything before the first http that you come to starting from the back (in this case the bit in italics)
