Was fitted for ping G but find I am pulling it 5 yards all the time think it might be the offset.
i am off 5 does this make sense as the more I practice the more frustrated I am getting pulling the ball but good contact.
hit the ie with same shaft AWT STIFF awesome no pull.
I AM seriously considering swapping as they have very little offset same as I blades
I believe that the main effect of offset is that if you take a line from the hosel to the toe of the club head, it encourages you to set up with the face slightly closed. This is good for the majority of golfers who slice, but not for the rest of us who don't. I don't believe all the scientific mumbo-jumbo about the claimed positive advantages of offset. My experience of offset clubs is that they just make shanks even worse!
