I find iphones really boring each app just does what it does and no more, I have an S5 at the moment and prefer it to all the iphones that I have had.
that must be a real pain

yes that's very astute of you. However, Apple have thought of this and they provide a charger to get power back into the device on demand![]()
Convenient if you're near a charger and have a few hours to spare.
Let me just pop in my spare android battery and off we go.
A bit like if I need more memory, I just pop in another memory card.
at a cost of a new battery:mmm:
Car charger as well and you're never more than 24 hrs away from a charge, and its very quick
Spare battery is the same price as an iphone car charger.
2-4 hours to charge an iphone?
2 mins to change a battery

Looking at getting one of them in June they look really good and reviews are good too.
Same here, Sony, IMO, make good kit; the Z3 has a very capable camera and I've had no problems integrating it with my other bits of technology. Battery life is far better than my Iphone.
You need to be aware that saving Apps to the SD card is a bit of a fiddle because of Android's (Google) trying to get people over to using their Cloud storage
Confused ? What else do you want an App to do apart from what it actually does ?!?!
And what makes a phone "boring" or "exciting"
I have an i phone and have had them for 8 years now - they do exactky what I want from a phone and the functionality and ease of use is perfect
I use multiple different devices with different operating systems whilst testing at work - the easiest to use is the I phone.
Hard to say I suppose I just found that when I had an iPhone after a couple of weeks I just used it as a phone, the s5 is much more fun to mess around with still and I have had it 10 months.
What if I said the iPhone charges if you rub it against your hair, it collects static electricity, enough for an hours use :whoo:
/I made that last bit up
I've had both iOS and Android phones and would not easily go back to an Android phone. I had a Galaxy Note so not exactly a small little Galaxy Ace or anything. My main problem with Android Phones is the updates. Unless you buy it unlocked or are willing to go down and root it you're at the mercy of your provider to supply the updates, not from the phone manufacturer or even Google. That and also they stop updating handsets older than a few years. I mean come on!!! iOS I at least know that even 5 years down the line I can still be on the latest version. I might not have all the bells and whistles but at least I'll be patched from security bugs. Also the lack of control over Android apps. iOS has very strict guide lines that need to be adhered to, for instance everything needs to be self contained (ie: can only be 1 file in 1 location) uninstall 1 app in iOS and it uninstalls all files it installed. Android, not so much, you can 1 installer that drops files everywhere, uninstall it and it only removes the launching executable, all the files are still on the handset taking up valuable space. It was little things with Android that are the reasons I won't easily go back to Android for my next phone.the windows phones are great but apps are limited. fanboys will say IPhone as that's all they know. The Sony Z series are worth a look. The HTCs get raves reviews too.
If I were you I'd hang on a couple of months and wait for the 6s\6+s. No point getting into another 2 year contract just to have a later version come out in 6 months in.iPhone 6+ all day. I'm due an upgrade next month, and I'll be upgrading my 5 to a 6+. Can't wait!
