Perks of the job.

Seeing as we have many and varied jobs / careers on this forum. What are the perks of your position? (Public sector workers need not regail us of their final salary pension schemes thank you )

Owner is top international coach called Andrew Hall (writes for Golf International) and so definitely several steps up from my current coach although I'm not sure how many cheap lessons I'll get and how cheap, cheap is considered. Wouldn't mind a few freebie rounds (or cheap) as its a decent course. To be fair the whole set up is first rate.

My public sector pension is not a perk it costs me 12% of my salary. It was a lot different in the past when the boot was on the other foot!! I still will have to get a job when i retire after 30 years service at 51!!

Free rail travel throughout the uk and some of europe, good pension but costs a lot.
Flexi time so get lots of golf in the summer.

Although, as my base is in a park, I can tread in as many dog turds as I like. Does that count?

Found out after I left I had full access to the media tent

Only train on mornings then get afternoon's off

Get to roast 20 year old's on team nights out

My perks are superb.

Overtime ban,

Stupid shift pattern,

Rest days cancelled left right and centre.

Only 2 weekends off in 5 unless they cancel them(again).

Unsociable working hours.

I could go on and on and on and on and on and on and on........
