Right - rant head on - I have had enough now FFS

I rang 4 times today - yes 4 times today - How many call backs did i Get - NONE

YES ITS MASSIVELY NON STANDARD - its an R11 10.5 degree face with a STIFF Shaft - either normal or TP i passed F****** caring now

I have been without a driver since the 11th January - how long does it take them to send a driver from Basingstoke to WOLVERHAMPTON - according to Google maps its just 132 miles.
I have give up hope of getting a reply from England now so i have even tried emailing America.

Does anyone know if i can sue them for theft of my money.

Surely your beef is with the retailer you got this from and their inability to get things done correctly.

TM may be the manufacturer, but in reality you don't have any direct contract with them ?

I usually go straight to the top, especially p[laces like Talktalk, Sky who do not understand what Customer Service is.
