After a draw has been made, if one in the pair is discovered to not meet the TotC, is there any discretion for a handicap committee to replace them with another partner?

I cannot see any information on this situation and wonder if anyone can advise?

I would have thought they are both disqualified as they entered as a team.

Yes.

This is a matter for the Comnittee.

It is not a lot different from the similar situation you recently asked about.

It is up to the Committee to decide what to do. Rules 20.2d(2) and 20.2f may be relevant.

Where I play the partner may be substituted for any reason provided they have not already played a round.

Our ToCs state that a player can be replaced at any point prior to playing a match in the competition.

In 4BBB match play, a single can represent a side on their own (handicaps calculated as if all players are present).
