Maybe a silly question on a golf forum, but for those off work, what will you be doing.

I'm thinking for Thursday and Friday mainly watching the Ashes, as just the early days of the golf, but when they are having lunch and tea, looking in on the golf.

Saturday and Sunday will be tough choices though.

Haven' got sky so golf with cricket on in the background on r5.

I'll be flicking between both. Just depends how we start in the cricket though. Nothing worse than watching England crumble at the hands of the Australians!!

Ive been to the cricket once at Edgebaston. Once was enough. It isn't quite as rubbish in real life.

Went to watch the Ashes at Old Trafford years ago. I was shocked at the rowdy atmosphere to be honest! That's about all I remember from the day! I was hammered by lunch!!

The Open is for 4 days. The ashes tests and other one day shizzle will go on for weeks and weeks. Watch the golf. All of it. There's plenty of cricket to come. There'll also be 'highlights' on at night.

That said the Ashes are special and do come round only once every 18 months/2 years. Much like your golf comp entry rate....:D

Cricket.

Meh.

Just golf, zero cricket

Set up a separate PC at work that wont affect the teams bandwidth so I can stream during office hours and then my home internet to stream in evenings/weekend. Not going to see every shot (I still have to work & playing golf on Sat am) but it should keep me updated

Sunday veg out in front of tv for the full coverage

Depends how the cricket is going. As it is, being at work on Thursday and Friday, I might not see much of either until the weekend. Sunday will most probably be golf though
