Open or Ashes?

I'd have agreed on cricket being boring 20 years ago, but I started getting into watching England 1-2 years before the 2005 ashes and that made my interest bloom.

The 2005 ashes was near enough to some of the ryder cups in terms of passion, excitement and drama.

I have no interest in county cricket (unless they form a Merseyside team;)), but England cricket teams, I always like to watch in all formats.

The question was mainly for people who like golf and cricket, who may have been torn between them, although no problem people adding their two'pennorth.

I'll mainly watch the cricket on Thurs/Friday, and watch the highlights of the golf.

Saturday and Sunday will depend on how the cricket is going, and if a Brit is in contention in the golf.

Cricket tomorrow, seeing as its going to be pouring down and windy at the golf, so viewing will be pants.

Mix of both Friday and Saturday then just golf Sunday so I can see Jordan get another Major under his belt

At work tomorrow and Thursday so home to get as much golf coverage live as I can. Will catch the cricket on highlights. Saturday I'll watch the cricket early on and then switch to the golf as the leaders go out and then swap every so often. Sunday is all golf

After the performance today and the lead Australia have won't be watching the cricket. Foregone conclusion we've lost this one especially as the weather isn't going to help. Golf all day tomorrow. Joy
