Old Course Webcam

Been looking at this webcam for years when I get home sick for The Old Course but I cant seem to get it to work anymore,emailed the Links Trust who said it should be working fine,is this webcam working for any of you guys?

It's working over here in the US, I've not go a fancy laptop, but do have stupidly quick broadband.
